After we worked out a deal, John shipped first before payment since he didn't have any Heat. He shipped Priority Mail as promised and sent the DC number right away. When the package arrived, the Priority box was a bit beat up. Inside, some of the parts had sustained some minor damage due to the use of packing peanuts and USPS heavily handling the box. I tested all of the items and found only the motherboard had major issues. I let John know and right away he got back to me and offered to partially refund me for the motherboard. I also recommended that he use bubble wrap instead of peanuts in the future to prevent items from making contact with each other. In the end, I was a very happy camper with the remaining items.

John is a very honest and patient trader and overall a great guy to deal with. I very much hope to do business again with him in the future!
